SHIPPING POLICY

 

    As we are experiencing high delivery volumes during the year-end peak season, your parcel may take a little longer to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and rest assured that we are doing our best to fulfil your orders as soon as possible! You may continue to track your parcel if you have received the tracking link via your email.

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Timberland Online Store.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Singapore National holidays).
  • For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should arrive between 3 – 5 business days after order verification and credit approval.
  • We use flat-rate shipping of S$4.90 for orders below S$100. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
  • Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is S$100.00 and above
  • We do not deliver to P.O boxes
  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. For more information about payment options, click here.
  • You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.
  • International: We currently offer international shipping from Singapore to Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Note that during festive period, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
