RETURN POLICY

 

At https://shop.timberland.com.sg/, our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products. You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.

Returning your https://shop.timberland.com.sg/ merchandise is a breeze - please click here to view return instructions. If your order was placed through a Timberland® Retail Store, it can only be exchanged back to a Timberland® Retail Store.

Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited.

RETURN CONDITIONS

    In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • Item must not fall under return exceptions and custom products.
  • All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including product bar code tags e.g. shoes and accessories should be returned with the original box. Please note that shoebox found to be damaged upon return will be not accepted for refund payment.
  • Do not paste anything on the product or shoe box.
  • If your purchase was eligible for gift-with-purchase promotion, please ensure that the gift is sent back together with the returned item.

Please note that we will send back any return items that do not fulfil all conditions.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Final Clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Products under these model codes are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons.

If returns are shipped to us from outside Singapore, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom footwear orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please contact our Customer Service team via contactus@timberland.com.sg.

GETTING CREDIT

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment in 14 business days, in the amount of the purchase price. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. Processing time varies seasonally.
